Ordering & Shipping Info:

Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days.  Occasionally this shipping time will be extended for various reasons.  We will be in constant contact if anything unforeseen happens.  We pride ourselves on our communication skills!  If you need an order right away, please let us know and we’ll try to make it happen!

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  UPS works as well for a slight upcharge! 

Custom Orders:

Please reach out about a design or idea we can make for your store or customers.  Making jewelry for corporate gifts, weddings, and other special events, has given us great pride.  As long as the amounts equal our typical wholesale orders, we are happy to work with you.  You will approve the final design before purchasing the item. Please note that because each custom designed piece of jewelry is unique, custom jewelry is NOT exchangeable or refundable unless damaged in shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns and exchanges happily accepted.  Returns within 10 days of receipt of the goods and exchanges within 30 days receipt of the goods.  All returns and exchanges must be in their original, unworn condition. 

Repairs and Damages:

If any of your pieces arrive damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt.  We will get it all worked out!  If your jewelry breaks, we will repair or replace it, within 90 days of date of purchase.  Let’s have an email conversation first—photos help—to see what the repair will entail and when you can expect to receive it back.  Depending on the situation, we may even be able to do the repair at no cost!  After 90 days, we are happy to repair for a small fee.
